Bukkake Udon


Oh, this is Cambodian taste Bukkake Udon. Guess how taste is it?
My tongue signed -- Um not bad ^-^
I've just cooked by imaging it to Banchsoung.
The process looks very simple, but what importance is the sauce.
Using chili sauce as base with salt, sugar, lemon, fish sauce, hot water, garlic and carrot.
For topping, we can use boiled or fried pork by putting little bit salt.
