rose day

Today is rose day. Don't you know?If so, did u present to your lover or your mum? Rose is a very luxury flower among others. Every one loves rose specially ladies, of course me too, I do like the red one.
For me rose is not cute but beautiful, sweet with powerful image.

I don't know whether it is an international event or not, but here in Tokyo there was a special program on Fuji TV for presenting rose to the visitors. Maybe it's related to a campaign of new drama named "Baranonaihanaya" means a flower shop without the rose which was begun broadcast tonight. It's a romance drama make the viewers feel warm even winter.

Today is also a "Seijinnohi/Coming-of-Age Day", the day where the juveniles become adult at age 20, so they can drink alcohol and responsible by themselves for everything.
Anyway in our homeland, recently no one celebrates such ceremony, why? 20 or 30years ago, We used to have a similar ceremony named " Cholmalup" only for girl to stay inside one room for a week for keeping her skin and body clean and beauty before getting married.
